ToniLynn Fleming

ToniLynn has provided compassionate care to patients as a nurse in a variety of healthcare settings since 1988. During her time as a practicing healthcare professional, ToniLynn observed many patients that were stuck in the cycle of doctor visits, added prescriptions, and hospitalizations without finding relief from chronic illness, pain, and hormonal imbalance. Prescription medications, at best, would mask the condition, but did nothing to address the underlying root cause of symptoms or improve patient outcomes. As a result, many of them were missing out on fully enjoying their lives, their families and favorite activities.
Her introduction to natural health came when she learned that, given proper support, the body heals itself, even reversing autoimmune diseases and chronic conditions like diabetes, kidney disease and high blood pressure. Her daughter’s diagnosis and successful treatment with aromatherapy became the catalyst that led ToniLynn to study natural health. She learned how to identify underlying causes of symptoms and to use non-pharmaceutical methods and healthy lifestyle choices to promote healing and wellness. She completed her certification as a Natural Health Professional in 2023 through the Trinity School of Natural Health and is board certified by the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP). She finds great joy in seeing people break free from unhealthy habits and learn to care for their bodies. As a certified natural health professional, she now uses her knowledge and skills to guide clients to improve their quality of life through a holistic and integrative approach to health and wellbeing.

Steven E. Parnell, MD
Dr. Parnell is a family physician whose vast experiences in the medical profession and passion for the promotion of health and wellness led him to the founding of Integrity Medical Center in March 2024. He is deeply committed to quality patient care.
He began his practice at the Fairmont Medical Center, where he also served as Chief of Staff and Medical Director. In 2006, he co-founded Dulcimer Medical Center, a full-service primary care clinic. He continued to practice there until February 2024 when the practice was sold, and Integrity Medical Center was established.
Dr. Parnell is motivated by his strong Christian faith and a desire to serve the "Great Physician." He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and Board Certified by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Dr Parnell earned his medical degree at the Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Not satisfied with the status quo, he is always looking for better ways to help people.
